①To United States, CA: normally takes 10-15 business days by SF- international.
②To EU and other place Package are normally takes 10-20 days, shipped via Hongkong Post or China post with tracking number.
③Having long-term cooperative business with DHL, UPS, EMS, Fedex etc. If you order an item that does not offer FREE express shipping, you may choose to upgrade to express shipping.

About the Return and Refund:
【when Not shipped】 :
1. We can only give you a full refund during the custom preparation stage (Before redesign or custom for you).
2. If the product you ordered is in the process of customization and production, according to our store policy, it could't be Fully refund, and we can refund you 30%.
【when Already Shipped】:
1. For the Personalized Product: we cannot refund you anymore since it’s a personalized Custom order, please understand it.🙏
2. For the without-Custom Product: We are more than happy to accommodate returns on package that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with. Buyer need pay the shipping fee. Or if you don't want to return, we can only refund you with 30%.
1. We recommend first to check the shipment status of your item. Most orders will arrive within 10~20 days. At present, our commitment is that items should be delivered to you within 60 days of shipping (Exceptions: Covid-19, national holidays, big promotions).
2. If you do not receive your parcel after 60 days, please contact us for support within 10 days past your estimated delivery date. And then you will have the right to receive a refund due to a Late Delivery incident. 😊
You must contact us first within the industry leading thirty (30) days exchange/refund period.
All Product must be shipped back with the original packaging or an exchange/refund will not be issued.

Honesty is appreciated :)  Each product is hand checked by a member of MINIMAL Team before ship out to ensure you get the best! Natural product along with breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer's responsibility and is not covered by our warranties. So temporary, we do not offer a warranty policy.
We do, however, have a refund/exchange policy which allows you to send your product back to us within 30 Days if you are not completely satisfied with our products. 
In rare cases, international parcel will fail to be delivered.
But for package that fail to deliver, it is likely that the address is incomplete, or the courier cannot contact you, Please deal with it in time and contact the post office directly ASAP (please ask us for their contact) to avoid losses due to overstaying. 
If it continues to be stranded, the post office may approach two ways: one is to re-deliver it for you, but there will be a re-delivery fee, which should be paid by the buyer (please pay to the local courier); Second, if it is not processed for a long time, it will be returned to the service provider. Once due to this reason and causing damaged or discarded, the seller is not responsible for this. but we can give a discount(up to 30%) if you want to re-order a new one. 🙏🏻
International Buyers Please Note: a) Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. b) Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
