Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase (confirm order), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.



Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For all exchange items, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.



Processed refunds are completed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment.

Only regular items (including on sale items) may be refunded, unfortunately a discount code has been used cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Can I get the refund If I  don't want my Personalized item after purchased ?

【when Not shipped】 :
1. We can only give you a full refund during the custom preparation (Before redesign or custom for your order).
2. If the product you ordered is in the process of customization and production, according to our store policy, it could't be Fully refund, and we can refund you 50%.
【when Already Shipped】:
1. For the Personalized Product:
we cannot refund you anymore since it’s a personalized Custom order, please understand it.🙏
2. For the without-Custom Product:
We are more than happy to accommodate returns on package that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with. Buyer need pay the shipping fee. Or if you don't want to return, we can only refund you with 30%. Please understand that. 🙏
